Received parts quickly

I received the Rocker Spring Plates quickly. Ordering process was easy and fast. I’ve already installed them on my rocker chairs. They look and feel just like the originals. I love being able to keep my outdoor furniture working as new. Thanks Project Patio. Next, please consider supplying replacement chair cushions. I have a set of Cast Classics Sovereign furniture from 15 years ago. I have had them refurnished, with new feet and now new springs. New cushions would carry them on another 15 or more years.

The new rocker plates actually arrived sooner than expected. After carefully matching the new to the old plates, drilling the holes, and having to expand them in order to fit the bolts, the plates were installed. The new plates have stopped the swivel chair from trying to throw people forward. Thanks Project Patio for supplying the new plates, although it would have been nice if the fitting were already pre-drilled.

The parts ordered were the actual parts needed to repair the chairs. We received the parts within 5 days of the order date (fast service). My swivel rocker had lost it’s springiness. It would flop back into the fully reclined position making it difficult to rock forward and step out. New fiberglass springs from Project Patio fixed the situation.
