Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Project Patio. If you're not happy with your order, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost.
Eligibility for a Refund
- The item(s) must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
- Include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return.
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no extra charge.
- Project Patio is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- If your return tracking shows as delivered but has not been received by us, we may request proof of tracking for verification.
Refund Process
We aim to process refunds promptly after receiving and inspecting your returned item(s).
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take a few days to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or store credit. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
The only exception is if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item— in that case, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
2. Include the original packing slip or a note with:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Your contact information
- The reason for return
