Orders $25 and over ship free via USPS First Class or USPS Priority depending on the order. You can opt. to pay for faster shipping via either carrier if you prefer.

Orders under $25. The shipping price is calculated at checkout by weight and location-based calculations from the USPS and UPS.

As soon as the order has been processed for shipping you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number.

Pressure fit glides - measure the INSIDE diameter of the furniture legs cup. This needs to be an exact measurement. The two most common sizes are 1-1/2" and 1-1/4". If your measurement is slightly off from those sizes we recommend looking at a different type called Forever Glides.

Threaded screw-in levelers - take one you are replacing to a local hardware store. Find the same size nut that will screw on correctly. The size of the nut will confirm your size.

Disc caps - Measure the OUTSIDE diameter of the flat dic on the bottom of your chair leg.

We recommend having those cut off and new ones welded on. You can find our replacement cups here.

The deluxe furniture glides are a better quality glide. They are thicker, longer lasting, and easier to install. They are also available in black or white. The standard glides are what most people recognize and are what probably came on your furniture. The standard glides come in a clear/white color only.

The placement of the bolt holes is not the same for every brand and style of furniture. By not having pre-drilled holes you can use your old plates as a template to drill new ones. This guarantees they will be in the correct location.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less original shipping). The item(s) must be in the original, unmarked condition and packaging. Any returned item(s) that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the order was an error on our part. Project Patio will also pay return shipping charges for damaged or defective items if exchanged for the same product.

We do not offer exchanges except when there is an error on our part. Please place a new and separate order if you need a different item.

Include the original packing slip with the return. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your full name, order number, contact information, and the reason for the return in the package.

After we receive the return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on the bank or credit card used, it can take several days for them to process and post the refund.
