Orders $25 and over ship free via USPS First Class or USPS Priority, depending on the order. You can pay for faster shipping via either carrier if you prefer.
Orders under $25. Weight and location-based calculations from USPS and UPS calculate the shipping price at checkout.
You should expect an email confirmation with the tracking number once the shipment has been processed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't, please return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less original shipping). The item(s) must be in the original, unmarked condition and packaging. Any returned item(s) that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Include the original packing slip with the return. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include your full name, order number, contact information, and the reason for the return in the package.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. After we receive the return, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Depending on the bank or credit card used, it can take several days for them to process and post the refund.
