  • Allow 1-2 business days for processing; we often ship the same day.
  • Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Consider this when choosing faster, more expensive shipping.

UPS:

  • Ground
  • 3 Day Select
  • 2nd Day Air
  • Next Day Air

Shipping is free for orders $25 and above, using USPS First Class or USPS Priority, depending on your order. You can choose faster shipping via either carrier for an additional cost. Shipping prices are based on weight and location, calculated by USPS and UPS.

You'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once we've processed your shipment.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you're not happy, please return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost). The item(s) must be in their original, unmarked condition and packaging. Items that don't meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

  • Please include the original packing slip with your return. If you don't have the original packing slip, include your full name, order number, contact information, and the reason for the return in the package.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once a refund is issued. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the return. It may take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
