These heavy-duty glide inserts are designed to fit a 1-1/4” inside diameter cup on wrought iron patio furniture feet. To ensure you purchase the correct size, please confirm the inside diameter of your cup before ordering.

These replacement furniture feet protectors protect the surface and legs of your furniture from dings and damage while allowing for smoother movement. Before installation, we strongly recommend thoroughly cleaning the feet and removing any dirt or debris. Additionally, apply paint to any exposed metal in the cup area.

Purchased the chair glides after confirming the inside dimension of the cup. Fit perfectly!! Tapped them in, gently, with a rubber mallet and fir snugly so they don’t fall out when sliding on the decking. Very pleased with the product

US Virgin Islands

My only complaint is that you do not ship to the US Virgin Islands. Do you realize that it is the exact same way you shipped my order to Connecticut? I had to have it sent to friends who then put a different address label and new postage and sent it to me. You should really look into shipping here!

PATIO CHAIR GLIDES 1-1/4" - DELUXE

They fit just as described. We have barstools and could never find any glides that work until I realized that they have patio furniture feet. These work great!

The right product at a reasonable price

Tried several vendors to find a glide that would fit a round chair leg with 1-1/4" inside diameter. Project Patio was the only vendor that advertised one. I ordered a package to try.. They fit perfectly. So I ordered more to complete the job. Next time I am looking for chair glides Project Patio will be the first place i will look.

Went on Easily

Decided to try something different than what is available from big box stores (which did not have the size I needed anyway). These inserts look much more durable, and the flat profile seems to make the chairs slide more easily. Hope they wear better than the white plastic ones that are worthless!

Maybe undersized?

From installation descriptions, I expected to have to hammer in the 1 1/4” patio chair glides. These just pressed in with light thumb pressure. The glides were installed on two different makes of chair, so it makes me wonder if the glides I received were a bit undersized. So far they haven’t fallen out, so I’ll see how long that lasts. If they do stay in I would rate them higher.
