Shipping and Processing
We try our best to ship orders out the same day if not the next day.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have charged your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on back order or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail and either refund the charge or give you the option of waiting for the item.We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Canceling an Order
To cancel a order contact us at email@example.com with your order number within four hours of ordering. Once orders ship they are unable to be canceled and will fall under the return policy.
IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once an order ships and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges that we have already incurred. Refusing an order is also subject to the deduction of shipping fees from your refund. We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipment. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
Project Patio is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order in its original, unmarked condition and packaging within 30 calendar days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost (less our shipping cost to you) once we have inspected the goods and deemed that a refund is warranted.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly. Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations: You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee. Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible. The item must be in stock on the competitors website. The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location. The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..). The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question. The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.
