Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Project Patio. If unsatisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Ensure item(s) are in their original, unmarked condition and packaging.
  • Include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, contact details, and reason for return.

Please bear in mind:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged, defective, or were incorrectly sent. In such cases, we'll replace the item at no extra charge.
  • Project Patio is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your returns.
  • In the event of a claim that your order was delivered but has yet to be received by us, we'll ask you to provide the tracking number.

REFUND PROCESS

We strive to process your refund promptly upon receipt of your returned item(s). We'll issue the refund to your original payment method and notify you via email once it is processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges or store credit. Please place a new order if you wish to order a different item. The only exception is if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, for which we'll provide a replacement at no extra charge.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, contact information, and reason for return.
