Shipping and Processing

We try our best to ship orders out the same day if not the next day.

  1. We ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority.
  2. The prices are USPS weight based calculations. Depending on the order Priority mail may be the only option because of the weight.
  3. There is a shipping calculator on the cart page that will let you know your options and cost before you place your order.
  4. Once the shipping label is made you will receive a email with the tracking number.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have charged your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on back order or unavailable we will reach out to you via e-mail and either refund the charge or give you the option of waiting for the item. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at

Canceling an Order

To cancel a order contact us at with your order number within four hours of ordering. Once orders ship they are unable to be canceled and will fall under the return policy.

IMPORTANT: Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship. Once an order ships and you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the price of your order less all restocking fees and related shipping charges that we have already incurred as per our refund policy. Refusing delivery of a order is also subject to the deduction of shipping fees from your refund. We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to prior to shipment. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

Return Policy

Project Patio is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your order in its original, unmarked condition and packaging within 30 calendar days of purchase and we will refund your purchase cost (less shipping price paid ) once we have inspected the goods and deemed that a refund is warranted. Refunds are typically generated within a few days of receiving the order.

  1. If you would like to return a product please include the original packing slip in the return package and the reason for the return.
  2. If you do not have the original packing slip please include your full name, order number, contact information and the reason for the return.
  3. To be eligible for a full refund, returns should be sent back in the same (unopened/new) condition in which it was received within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  4. Returned orders may incur up to a 15% restocking fee if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.
  5. Once we receive the item(s) back we will issue a refund for the purchase cost (less shipping) back to the original purchase method within a few days. We do not issue store credits. If you need a different item you will need to place a new order.
  6. Project Patio does not pay for return shipping costs. All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless there is a error on our part.
  7. Original and return shipping costs will be refunded only if the order is the result of our error.
  8. Project Patio is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return.
  9. In case of issues for return shipping we require a tracking number be provided to us if there is a claim for a lost shipment.

    Price Guarantee Policy

    We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price then us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly. Our 100% Price Guarantee has some limitations:  You must purchase the item from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee. Promotions such as rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible. The item must be in stock on the competitors website. The competitor must be an online store, they may not have a retail location. The website can not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..). The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question. The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price and the shipping charges, it excludes sales tax.

    When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
    When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

    Section 4 - Shopify

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. Project Patio does not store or have access to your full payment information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

    In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
    However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
    For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
    In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
    As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
    Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

    Section 6 - Security

    To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
    If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.  Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

     Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

    We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
