Your furniture cups do not require exact measurements for these to work since they are not friction-fit glides. You only need to know whether your inside diameter is closer to 1-1/2" or 1-1/4". **It is necessary to clean the cup area before installing and remove all dirt, rust, and debris inside the cup. Do not use an oily cleanser. A product like 409 or lacquer thinner works well**
